Glasgow Popfest 2010 - December 3rd, 4th & 5th

 

It’s July the height of summer.  Welcome to Winter.  Bubblegum and its erstwhile associates will bring some much needed pop relief to the dark, cold streets of Glasgow in December.  We can’t promise freezing fog like last year but we’ll do our best to bring you the very best in wintry pop goodness.

 

We are tickled to announce that we will be hosting Glasgow Popfest 2010 on the 3rd/4th and 5th December.

 

So, who’s playing? Well, we’re chuffed to say………..

 

Friday 3rd:      Occasional Flickers, The Paraffins, Asleep, The Understudies &

                           The Felt Tips

Saturday 4th: The Power Cut Choir, The Belle Hops, Panther Society, Leaving                            Mornington Crescent, Pale Man Made, The Lovely Eggs & Zipper +                            Unite club

Sunday 5th:    The Social Services, The Just Joans, Maple

                          Leaves, The Electric Pop Group & The Hardy Boys

 

 

The line up may be subject to change.  Look out for more information in the coming weeks.

 

Tickets prices have still to be confirmed but will be available from:

These will be etickets.  There will be no admin, booking or postage fees.

 

 

Releases

 

Bubblegum is delighted to announce:

 

The Hardy Boys new ep Under The Piccadilly Clock will be launched in Glasgow on the 3rd September at Pivo Pivo.  Tracks on the ep include:  The Trains Ran On Time, You’re Just What I Need and Dear Seamus Heaney. Guests will be announced soon.
